About Moorneks

Moorneks Group helps growing businesses strengthen their digital presence, improve how work gets done and use modern tools without unnecessary cost or complexity. We believe the best systems make good work easier to deliver, not harder to manage.

We're building a practical, commercially focused business. That means the work behind every client conversation matters just as much as the idea that starts it.

The role

Good opportunities get lost when nobody owns the next step. Projects get complicated when information lives in too many places. Software doesn't fix either problem on its own.

As our Operations Analyst, you'll help bring order to that reality. You'll work across commercial operations, client coordination, delivery workflows, reporting and continuous improvement, making it easier to see what is happening, what needs attention and what should change.

You won't be hired just to produce dashboards or maintain spreadsheets. You'll use analysis to improve decisions and take responsibility for follow-through.

What you'll do

  • Keep opportunities, quotations, delivery tasks, deadlines and next actions organised and visible.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups, internal handovers and delivery partners so work does not stall between teams.
  • Maintain useful, accurate CRM, project, supplier and operating records.
  • Track pipeline movement, project progress, costs, margins, turnaround times and risks, then turn findings into clear management updates.
  • Map how work actually happens, identify repeated friction and recommend simpler processes.
  • Configure, test or improve workflows and automations where they genuinely save time or reduce errors.
  • Check what breaks, deal with exceptions, and know when human judgment matters more than automation.
  • Turn repeatable tasks into clear checklists, documentation, templates and systems.

What will help you succeed

  • Experience in business operations, business analysis, project coordination, management information, commercial administration or systems implementation, or strong practical evidence of similar capability.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and confidence learning CRMs, project-management tools and modern business applications.
  • Sound analytical reasoning: you can work from messy information to a practical next step.
  • Clear written communication, reliable follow-through and the ability to coordinate across different stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, good commercial judgment, comfort with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes.

Bonus, not mandatory: Power BI, SQL, workflow automation, no-code tools, CRM configuration, process mapping or AI-assisted business operations.

What kind of person will enjoy this?

Someone who notices when a process is inefficient, fixes the reason rather than adding another tracker, and enjoys both structured analysis and hands-on execution. You should be comfortable with an evolving business where the goal is not to preserve a complicated way of working.

How to apply
