When you use the quote builder without providing personal details, we create an anonymous session that stores your selected service, configuration, estimate, and progress. This session contains no name, email, or phone number until you voluntarily provide them. We do not fingerprint your device or browser.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, assess procurement opportunities, evaluate partnership interest, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Documents you upload (procurement submissions, partnership profiles, supporting files) are stored in private storage. They are not published or made publicly accessible. Only authorised Moorneks administrators can view them through time-limited, signed access.
